Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by AESURG ISAPS 2023:

Occasionally, the registration is cancelled or postponed by the AESURG ISAPS 2023. In case of Force Majeure like circumstance and event cancellation, Amby Valley will issue a credit note to individual members of equal value as accommodation cost. You may register again as per your convenience or visit our website.

The conference program, schedule and faculty available is subject to covid regulations imposed by the central or state governments at that time. As of now you must have a universal travel pass obtained by registering on the Cowin app to attend the conference. The management will not be responsible for any medical issues or covid transmission claims arising from the event. It is advisable to have suitable health insurance. 

Cancellation by the Attendees:

Upon canceling the registration of the conference/workshop a certain percentage will be deducted from the total amount.

  • Upon receipt of a valid cancellation of the conference/workshop as stated above, we will refund the money the way the payment was received. If the payment was by Credit/ Debit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund through the Net-Banking account.
  • 90% refund if cancelled till 31st October 2022
  • 70% refund if cancelled till 30th December 2022.
  • No refund if cancelled after 30th of December 2022.
  • Refunds will be exclusive of GST
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference is over
  • Typically refunds are processed in 5-7 working days. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the account holder’s bank account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
  • You will be provided with a refund reference number for further communication with your bank.
  • No refunds / cancellation requests shall be entertained in case of payment against bills / Services received.
  • Under no circumstances, cash will be refunded against any cancellation.
