Training sessions are designed to deliver advanced medical learning to targeted audience. Along with provision of a room to facilitate your workshop, this package includes the listing of your workshop on AESURG ISAPS 2023 website. 

2. Emerging technology demonstration: You will be provided with a hall, audio visual appropriate to that hall, 45 mins slot. The scientific content of this session will have to be whetted and approved by the scientific committee.

Attendee welcome letter: Let attendees know you will be at the Aesurg ISAPS 2023 by sponsoring the attendee welcome letter that will be given to each attendee upon checking in at the Aamby Valley. This will increase your brand visibility at the show by including your logo booth number and a single line promotion you would like to include at the bottom of the page.

Payment Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit of the total exhibit fees for the requested space and value added proposals is due on signing of the exhibitor agreement contract, liable upon signature. No exhibit space will be assigned until deposit is received. All Exhibit space contracts must be paid in full by 31st Dec 2022. The organizing team will not be held liable to assign or allot any exhibition space or honour any contractual agreement until full payment is received by the last date of full payment i.e 31st Dec 2022.

Cancellation or Reduction of Exhibit space 
Requests for cancellation or reduction must be sent in writing to the organizing secretary of AESURG ISAPS 2023. Cancellation of refund policy is as follows

By 30th September 2022
50% refund of total agreement fees if deposit has been paid.

After 30th September 2022
No refund will be issued. All prices are exclusive of GST. 

Accommodation for Industry Partners
The organising committee of AESURG ISAPS 2023 has negotiated the following with Aamby Valley
1. One person staying in a single room: Rs 50,000 plus GST
2. Two people sharing a double room: Rs 29,000 per person plus GST
3. Three people sharing a double room: Rs 28,000 per person plus GST

Prices are for all four nights and five days from 1st March to 5th March, including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
Room package can be booked in the name of the firm. Staff will be allowed to rotate.

Limited rooms available, please book early to avoid disappointment.
While applying, download the partnership form, mention what type of accommodation you seek, include the amount in the partnership fee, and transfer to AESURG 2023 Axis bank account.

Industry representatives can get day passes to enter and exit Aamby Valley if they desire to stay in Lonavala or anywhere outside Aamby Valley. If they stay outside Aamby Valley, the commute and transport would be your own responsibility. Every stall would be entitled to two lunch coupons. The organisers have facilitated discounted stay at the delegate registration rates at Aamby Valley exclusively for the Industry partners. If they so desire to book these discounted stay rates, you can register and pay for the required rooms through the secretariat (write to aesurg2023@gmail.com).
